[求助]L5/S1不能扫描，CT片不能打印

信息框显示：gantry error。code：13-1002-09 error detected by:
tgp(gp)gantry covers switch is open and axial motor is not powered.
打印照片时不能打印，下面红字提示：failed to contact printer paused ex:2960.se 1 im:3
帮助框显示：an error occurred while attempting to establish an assocation
with a remote dicom printer.the remote host may down or unreachable.
check that the hostname .ip address or port number is correct.
请求各位同仁指点迷津，感激不尽。

呵呵，感觉应该是网络问题。看看你们的网络交换机是否工作?或者重新启动一下。

谢谢各位，据工程师所说，主板坏了，换了一个，现已正常。

从这个错误信息来看，好像是两个不同的故障，但它们同时发生，则说明很可能故障根本就不在这个部件上，而是其它的地方出了问题，不知这样理解对不对？
